Educational Background:
- Intermediate (minimum required)

Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a relevant field
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Meet assigned business targets by implementing effective sales and business strategies
- Actively monitor franchisee business performance for assigned products and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Maintain up-to-date records of all franchisees within the designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status
- Identify and assess potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchise network
- Conduct ground verification of potential franchisees, provide necessary product training, and ensure smooth deployment of new franchisees
- Conduct visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards
- Establish and maintain close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to foster business development and partnerships
- Prepare and present reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance adherence to management
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management
