1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Qualifications:
- Member of a recognized professional accounting body (CA/ACMA/ACCA/ICAEW).
Experience:
- At least 15 years of overall experience in accounts, finance, and audit.
- Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in financial management, planning, budgeting, and financial controls.
- A minimum of 3 years in a senior management/leadership role.
- Familiarity with public sector organizations and infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Additional Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS/IAS, taxation laws, and PPRA rules.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
Age Limit:
- Not more than 55 years.
2. Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)
Qualifications:
- Member of a recognized professional accounting body (CA/ACMA/ACCA/ICAEW) or certified in CIA, CFE, CICA, or equivalent.
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
- At least 15 years of audit experience, with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification in internal audit.
- Minimum 3 years in a senior management/leadership role.
- Experience with public sector organizations and infrastructure projects is preferred.
Additional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of internal audit practices, risk management, and compliance.
- Proficiency in PPRA rules and auditing standards.

3. Company Secretary
Qualifications:
- Member of a recognized professional accounting or corporate secretarial body.
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a Law Graduate from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, SECP regulations, and legal compliance.
- Proven experience as a Company Secretary or Deputy Company Secretary in a public sector organization.
Additional Skills:
- Expertise in Companies Act 2017, Corporate Governance Rules, and stakeholder management.
