How to Apply for Latest QAU Jobs?
- Applicants are required to submit Six copies of the applications/dossiers duly bind along-with a soft copy of dossier in PDF form (CD/DVD) on the prescribed proforma along-with attested documents (i) degrees/certificates (ii) experience certificate (iii) CNIC (iv) Domicile (v) Research publication (vi) 02-recent photographs, fully bound with a pay order, Bank draft or paid Challan (only HBL QAU branch) for Rs.2000/- (non-refundable) drawn in favour of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University should reach (within one month of advertisement) the Assistant Registrar (Establishment-1), Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
- Applications for said posts from abroad be sent (within one month of advertisement) along with US $ 100 as applications fee.
- Application forms are available at the University website www.qau.edu.pk and the same can also be obtained from the office of the Deputy Registrar (Establishment). Further information can be obtained on Phone No. 051-90644083, 90644142.
- Applicants already working in Government/Semi Government Organizations / Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel by due date and submit service certificates issued by their present and former employers, otherwise, their applications will not be entertained. However, the University may entertain advance copies if clearly mentioned.
- The selected candidates will be governed by the Quaid-i-Azam University/respective centers service statutes and rules/regulations amended from time to time.
- Those who have previously applied for a position should apply afresh.
- The University reserves the rights to increase/decrease the number of posts, not to fill any post /withhold the appointment against any advertised post or to accept / reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Applications that are incomplete (in any case) or received after due date shall not be entertained.
- The candidates applying for the posts must enlist the attached documents with signature.
- All applications are treated as a confidential document and will be shredded off (except those applicants which will be appointed) in due course of time after making appointments.
- Decisions of the University shall remain binding in all cases.
