How to Apply for Latest Teaching Staff Jobs?
- Applicants should apply through online job portal available at KUM’s website https://jobs.kum.edu.pk.
- All forms and documents must be submitted at portal in soft form on or before 22nd March 2024 and hard copy of the same should be received via postal mail on or before 26th March 2024.
- Dossiers in hard form must be submitted through courier only (By-hand/through email submission shall not be entertained).
- Application form must contain Three (03) attested sets of copies of the Degrees & Both Sides of Detail Marks Certificates (DMC) (preferable HEC/Concerned Board attested).
- Furthermore, in all such cases where transcript does’t not mention the total CGPA (4 or 5 the applicant should provide a certificate from the university mentioning the overall CGPA.
- Publications published in HEC recognized Journals/Experience Certificates (duly verified by the respective Employer/s), NOC, Domicile, CNIC and recent Passport size photographs with each application form complete in all respect.
- In case, less number of dossiers received or any other deficiency from the applicant, his/her application shall be considered incomplete and liable to be rejected.
- The applicants are also required to submit processing fee in original demand draft / pay order (Non-refundable) of Rs. 2000/- in favour of “Treasurer, Kohsar University Murree”, along-with other documents. (Fee in the form of Postal Orders is not acceptable).
- The application forms without processing fee shall not be considered/entertained.
- Application processing fee can also be submitted online in University’s Online Account, and will must attach/submit evidence of depositing fee along with Application Form. Online Account Name: Treasurer, Kohsar University Murree Account Number: 5310217226400050, Bank of Punjab.
- Applicants working on Regular/Acting Charge/Officiating/Ad-hoc/Current Charge and Contract basis in HEC recognized Public or Private Universities or Degree Awarding Institutes or Public/Private Sector Organizations (Including KUM’s Employees) must apply through proper channel and attach NOC from their present employer and Experience Certificate/s from all former Appointing Authorities/Head of Institutions/Organizations within due date. However, NOC may be accepted within one month after closing date of Advertisement. Incomplete applications (hard and soft copy) are liable to be rejected.
- Concerned Regulatory Bodies Registration Number/verification (Updated) is required along with Application Form.
- Applicants having the foreign degree/s will be required to provide equivalency certificate from HEC. IBCC Islamabad within due date.
- In case of a foreign degree or certificate transcribed in any foreign language (other than English), an English translation must be provided from recognized institute.
- Distinction marks can only be granted after provision of authentic documents issued by the Controller of Examination within due date.
- Certificate regarding the percentage of marks will be provided from the concerned university/institute for those DMC/Transcript where a percentage is not mentioned.
- Eligibility in all respects shall be reckoned up to the closing date.
- Applicants applying for more than one post shall submit separate Application Form with necessary documents, complete in all respect. Please clearly write name of the post applied for on top right side of the envelope.
- The University reserves the right not to fill any post/withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
- The University reserves the right to increase or decrease number of seats.
- The University reserves the right to convert the contractual posts into permanent posts and
permanent posts into contractual posts. - Quota (Women/Disability/Minorities) will be observed as per Government of Punjab directions subject to maturity and availability of the post.
- Candidates must meet the minimum and maximum age limit on closing date of application submission. However, age relaxation for appointment by initial recruitment, shall be admissible as per policy of the Punjab Government.
- Any deficiency/concealment/misrepresentation of facts by any candidate at any stage will lead to disqualification.
- Only Eligible/Shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview.
- Shortlisting of the candidates shall be made in accordance with the procedures laid down by the University.
- The University is not responsible for delays in receiving call letters for interview, due to courier’s/Post Office services lapses.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible.
