How to Apply for Latest District and Session Judge Jobs?
- All the candidates at Sr. No. 01 (Junior Clerks) are required to fill “Online Job Application Form” and deposit challan/slip of Rs. 800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred only) and candidates at Sr.No. 02 (Bailiff) are required to fill “Online Job Application Form” and deposit challan/slip of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) from www.nts.org.pk.
- Fee of Rs.800/- & Rs.500/- may be deposited via 1 Link 1 Bill Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counter.
- The candidates applying for the post at Sr. No. 01 to 02 are required to fill online application form and do not require to send hard copy of the form and challan to NTS.
- Candidate must keep the copy of the application form/challan for any further communication.
- No application for the post at Sr. No. 01 to 02 will be received by hand.For the posts mentioned at Sr. Nos. 03 to 08, candidates are required to send their Applications on Prescribed Form along with attested photocopy of CNIC and two (02) attested recent passport size Photographs by post or by hand addressed to the “District & Sessions Judge, Hyderabad” on or before 24.07.2024 till 03:00 pm.
- The Candidates who applied earlier for this office for the jobs are advised to apply afresh.
- Candidate(s) applying for more than one post should apply separately for each post.
- The list of eligible and ineligible candidates (Sr. 01 to 02) will be uploaded on website of NTS and also displayed on the Notice Board of this Court for information and inviting objections, if any.
- Female candidates will also be provided equal opportunity to participate.
- Special Quota shall be observed as per rules/policy, where applicable (Women, Disabled/Special Persons, Minorities, Deceased/Son quota).
- Candidates with disability are required to submit CNIC having wheelchair logo issued by NADRA and valid Disability Certificate.
- Disability quota of five percent will be strictly observed and considered as provided in section 5 of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973.
- In the case of a Government Servant, who has served in connection with the affairs of the Federation or the Province of Sindh for a period of not less than three (3) years, the upper age limit shall be 30 (thirty) years.
- Over age candidates, if qualified/test/interviewed and selected for appointment on the basis of experience, qualification and skills, the individual cases of such candidates shall be considered and submitted to the Hon’ble Chief Justice, High Court of Sindh, Karachi for relaxation of upper age limit.
- For the post mentioned at Sr.01 (Junior Clerks) the candidates obtaining 50% Marks in the initial tests shall be called for skill/typing test by NTS “National Testing Service”.
- For the post mentioned at Sr.02 (Bailiff) the candidates obtaining 40% Marks in the initial tests shall be called for interview.
- Dates for Written/Skill Test/Interview for candidates from Serial Nos.01 to 02 will be announced by NTS (National Testing Service) on their Official Website.
- The list of successful candidates and schedules of the test at Sr.Nos.01 to 02 will be affixed on the Notice Board of the District & Sessions Court, Hyderabad and updates will also be provided by the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) of this Court.
- The list of eligible candidates for the posts listed at Sr.No. 03 to 08 will be affixed on the Notice Board of District & Sessions Court, Hyderabad on 27.07.2024 for inviting objections, if any, along with schedule of Test/Interview, which will be conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) of this Court.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview.
- All the candidates shall mention their Cell/Contact Numbers and complete postal address for any further communication.
- Candidates, at the time of interview, should bring their original CNIC & all educational documents/domicile PRC with application.
- Number of vacancies may be increased or decreased.No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in Test/Interview.Decision of the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) shall be final.
- Incomplete Applications or those arrived after the due date, will not be entertained and will be rejected without assigning any reason.
