Qualification & Experience:
- Essential Qualification: Master’s in Defence/Security Studies from a recognized university in Pakistan or abroad. Preference will be given to candidates with foreign qualifications.
- Eligibility: Retired personnel from the Armed Forces of Pakistan, not below the rank of Brigadier, are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Candidates should have served in key security, management, and strategic planning positions within the Armed Forces or other similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of security operations within the organization.
- Ensure policies and procedures are implemented to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, assets, and confidential information.
- Derive and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Plan and coordinate security measures for both internal and external affairs.
- Supervise security personnel and organize security operations and emergency response plans.
- Investigate and resolve security-related issues and provide detailed reports to the Authority.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the organization.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 18 years relevant post-qualification experience is required.
