Job Opportunity: President/CEO at Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: Candidates must be between 40 to 62 years of age on the closing date of the advertisement.
- Qualification: Minimum qualification of graduation or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Must be a career banker with at least 5 years of experience at the senior level (Executive Vice President or above, or equivalent) in a bank. The candidate should possess sufficient knowledge, expertise, and skills related to the bank’s business model, size, complexity, and risk profile.
Terms and Conditions:
- The selected candidate will be stationed at the Bank’s Head Office in Muzaffarabad.
- A 3-year contract will be offered, with the possibility of extension based on mutual consent.
- An attractive salary and benefits package will be provided based on negotiation.
- The candidate must meet the “Fit and Proper Test” criteria set by the State Bank of Pakistan.
