Faisalabad Medical University (FMU) invites applications from Foreign Medical Graduates (MBBS or equivalent) for a one-year additional house job at FMU-affiliated hospitals, in accordance with PMDC directives.
Eligibility & Application Process:
- Application Form: Available at FMU’s bookshop or downloadable from www.pmc.edu.pk.
- Submission Deadline: January 11, 2025.
- Submission Requirements:
- Completed application form.
- Entry test fee of Rs. 15,000/- (via attached bank challan).
- Attested copies of:
- MBBS degree or equivalent.
- Provisional PMDC certificate.
- CNIC.
- Two passport-sized photographs.
- Submit to Registrar Branch, FMU, Faisalabad.
Preliminary Examination Details:
- Title of Exam: Preliminary Examination for Additional House Job.
- Date & Time: January 16, 2025 (Thursday), 9:30 AM.
- Venue: Medical Unit I, Allied Hospital, Faisalabad.
- Content: History taking, clinical examination, and interpretation.
- Stations & Disciplines:
- Medicine and Allied: 4 stations.
- Surgery and Allied: 4 stations.
- Obstetrics and Gynecology: 3 stations.
- Pediatrics Medicine: 2 stations.
- Ophthalmology: 1 station.
- ENT: 1 station.
- Total Stations: 15 (6 minutes per station: 3 minutes for performance, 3 minutes for viva).
Marking & Passing Criteria:
