Position Details
- Job Title: Regional Manager Alliances

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis of Credit & Debit card usage and POS spending trends to strategize growth opportunities.
- Devise and recommend innovative features and product enhancements to improve customer experience, card usage, and profitability.
- Build strategic alliances with leading brands, retailers, hotels, restaurants, and other businesses to increase POS spending and strengthen market visibility.
- Develop and launch marketing campaigns to promote card usage.
- Manage relationships with alliance partners and vendors effectively.
- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints related to Credit & Debit card spending.
- Collaborate on onboarding Group Alliances partners for Credit Card installment plans.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized/foreign university. Preference for Master’s degree holders.
- Age: Up to 55 years (as of January 23, 2025).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in banking, with at least 2 years in a relevant role. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, banking products, and customer needs analysis is essential.
