Job Advertisement: Hospital Director – Medical Teaching Institution Abbottabad (MTI-ATH)
Position Available: Hospital Director

Qualification Requirements:
- A recognized Master’s degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or any relevant management field.
- Candidates with a recognized medical degree and additional management qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification management experience in a similar organization (relaxable for outstanding candidates).
- Proven leadership, project management, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities and experience working under pressure.
Additional Information:
- The position is a contract-based role for 5 years, extendable for two more terms of 5 years each, at the discretion of the Board of Governors.
- The position is non-practicing, and the Hospital Director will have no conflict of interest with the institution.
