Procurement of Smart Energy Meters for Rawalpindi, Lahore, & Karachi
Requirements for Prequalification:
1. Technical Capability:
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in C3 or above.
- SCEP Certificate for company incorporation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the supply, installation, and maintenance of Smart Energy Meters in Pakistan.
- List of Smart Energy Meters installed in Pakistan.
- Minimum 5 Graduate Engineers in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering, with proof of employment.
- List of Customers with contact details, addresses, and email addresses where Smart Energy Meters have been installed.
- Performance letters or contracts for Smart Energy Meters installations in Pakistan.
2. Financial Capability:
- Audited Profit & Loss Statement for the last three years.
- Audited Balance Sheet for the year 2023-24.
- Annual Sales for the last three years.
- Bank letter for account maintenance.
- Tax & GST Certificates and Tax returns for the year 2023-24.
- Company Assets in balance sheet must not be less than Rs. 200 million.
3. Presentation:
After submitting prequalification documents, companies must be prepared to give a presentation on their strengths, experience, and business model.
