The Peshawar Development Authority is inviting online applications from eligible candidates (Male & Female) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the following vacant positions on a regular basis. Interested candidates are required to meet the prescribed qualifications and experience as mentioned below.
Vacant Positions:
- Assistant Director (Web Developer) (BPS-17)
- No of Vacancies: 01
- Age Limit: 25-35 Years
- Qualification: At least 2nd Class M.Sc/BS (4 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web development in a reputed organization, software house, or company. Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, APIs, and database management systems like MySQL/PostgreSQL. Familiarity with GIS tools like Leaflet or Mapbox is an advantage.
- Assistant Director (GIS Specialist) (BPS-17)
- No of Vacancies: 01
- Age Limit: 25-35 Years
- Qualification: At least 2nd Class M.Sc. (GIS)/ BS (GIS/RS)/ BS in Geomatics (GIS/RS), or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in GIS development, spatial analysis, and related technologies. Proficiency in GIS tools like ArcGIS, QGIS, Python, JavaScript, GIS automation, and web mapping tools like Leaflet, Mapbox, or OpenLayers.
Terms & Conditions:
- Provisionally, candidates will be allowed to appear for the ETEA screening test, but detailed scrutiny will be done later. If found ineligible, they will be disqualified.
- Candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website before applying and have their CNIC verified at an NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
- Screening will be based on a test conducted by ETEA.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- Candidates already employed in government/semigovernment bodies must apply through the proper channel.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately for each post.
- The competent authority reserves the right to modify or cancel the vacancies at any time.
- No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.

- After applying online, print the deposit slip generated, which includes your token number, position, and personal details.
- Submit the required non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa, Jazz Cash, or any branch of UBL Bank via UBL OMNI agent.
- Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) for your records. Do not share it with others.
- After submitting your application, do not send any documents to ETEA unless requested after passing the screening test.
- For multiple posts, you must apply separately for each post.
- The online application form will be available from 01 February 2025, and the last date for submission is 15 February 2025.
- You will receive an SMS from ETEA with instructions to download and print your Roll No. Slip from www.etea.edu.pk.
- The test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on your Roll No. Slip. Please ensure your mobile number is correct.
